WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY

Our marketing policy is in part driven by advocacy and developing relationships with our customers for repeat orders, thus quality is the cornerstone of our operations. It is incalculated in the whole supply chain. We truly hope our customers enjoy the ownership of our products. In the unfortunate circumstance wherein you find the product not to your satisfaction, we have a money back scheme operated by PAYPAL which we extend to all our customers. Please note that we will refund you the cost of the product only, excluding packaging, postage and insurance. This has to be done within seven days of receipt of the product.

PACKAGING

We are conscious of the fragility of some of our products as well as the high value associated with them, it is therefore imperative that we ensure there is no breakage in transit, to this end we use a double wall corrugated box for all the pieces. The product is covered with layers of bubble wrap and any extra space in the box is filled with the same material, to eliminate movement relative to the box, a 'FRAGILE' sticker completes the process.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

To ensure the safety of the transaction we utilise PAYPAL and Wix Payments for processing the transaction. This means WE have no access to the information that you input on our website as PAYPAL and Wix Payments act as intermediaries between us and you. It is our wish that you have a pleasant shopping experience.

HANDLING OF ITEMS

These eggshells are natural, hard and brittle. They will not survive a fall from any height thus it is critical to minimise movement. Ensure your hands are dry, avoid one handed picking up of the piece. Use both hands to hold the bottom part if you must move it.  Avoid excessive pressure when dusting. We recommend the use of a display glass box or dome for protection and cleanliness. A double sided tape can be used to minimise movement of the eggshell.

WHERE DO YOU POST TO?

For the UK with the exception of the Channel Islands, all deliveries are by the Royal Mail (2nd Class), This is a recorded signed for service for additional peace of mind. For Western Europe the delivery times is 3 days and for Eastern Europe its 5 days and for the rest of the world its 7 days. All the international deliveries are signed for. Our postage charges are determined by the weight of the item being sent which is usually below Ikg for most of our products.
